As SearchStax’s Senior Product Marketing Engineer, I led product launches for the SearchStax Site Search B2B SaaS platform. Adding and launching new features required extensive planning for feature validation, sales enablement, existing customer support, and new customer opportunities and expansion.

Execution & Outcome

  • Analyzed existing competitor features, customer feedback, and sales outreach to identify strengths, concerns, and opportunities for new AI and LLM-powered search features
  • Crafted impactful and trust-worthy messaging and storytelling for established customers and new prospects interested in AI-powered in-app and user-facing product features
  • Created immersive industry-specific demo environments, training material, marketing assets, product tours, and video content for selling, supporting, and using AI features
