Research & Planning
Working with the brand’s technical and marketing teams I provided an initial audit and recommendations for improved website tracking, more effective analytics and data capture, as well as advanced reporting dashboards and metrics for measuring engagement, sales, and retention across different marketing channels.
Execution & Outcome
- Existing website configurations, analytics tracking, consent management platforms, payment systems, and Shopify stores were updated to accurately opt-in and track visitors and customers throughout their purchase journey and lifecycle
- Content teams and developers now had visibility into user flows, content engagement, organic search visibility, and site performance data for managing and optimizing website content and code
- Leadership and marketing teams could now accurately measure spend, attribute sales, and optimize conversion paths with deeper reporting, analytics, and metrics
