A leading Las Vegas-based resort was interested in launching a new loyalty program but wanted to validate targeting, messaging, and placement before launching a full campaign.

Research & Planning

An international resort and entertainment brand wanted to attract younger visitors and expand their benefits program to go beyond casino rewards.

Partnering with their existing advertising agency, I created a test brand with AI-generated assets that could be quickly launched for validating an upcoming loyalty and travel program. I proposed several paid search and social media marketing campaigns to test promotional messaging, analyze user engagement and reception, capture interested leads, and validate a full-scale campaign.

Execution & Outcome

  • A new brand, identity, website, and social profiles were created using GenAI to create content, images, and other ad assets
  • Paid advertisements and promotions were launched in specific test markets on Google Ads, TikTok, Instagram, and Meta to target desired demographics
  • Variations of CTAs, ad copy, target keywords, and landing page experiences were tested across a variety of different audiences and platforms to identify which messaging, benefits, and brand experiences were most likely to engage our target demographic
  • The client took the learnings from the test campaigns and launched an updated rewards program and full-featured campaign
